What do I do for work?
I’m a software developer for F5. 💻
I write back-end tooling, services, and automation to make managing a cloud service at-scale possible.
I spend most of my time working in Golang nowdays and write tooling to orchestrate our backend infrastructure.
It’s really rewarding and I love it.
What else is going on?
I’m enabled vim-like keybindings (aka Vintage Mode) in Sublime Text for maybe the fourth or fifth time now. I normally turn them off after a week, but now they’ve stuck for over a month. I think previously I tried to do too much too quickly and it became overwhelming. This time I forced myself to stick with the basics and only add one or two new things per week and now it’s absolutely fabulous!
I continue to volunteer for Gutenberg College. Next year will be 20 years! 🤯
What am I reading?:
I am working my way through “The Imperial Radch” series by Anne Lecke. So far, it’s a great read! I’m about halfway through. 🤖
